Terms of Use

Last updated July 2, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Paperboy (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Description of service

Paperboy lets you save articles from the web, bundles them into a scheduled EPUB digest with an AI-generated table of contents, and emails the digest to your Amazon Send-to-Kindle address.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You’re responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Paperboy to:

Paperboy is intended for saving and reading content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You’re responsible for making sure you’re permitted to access and save the pages you submit (for example, content you’re a subscriber of, or that is otherwise publicly available).

Subscriptions and billing

New accounts get a 30-day free trial with no card required. After the trial, continued digest delivery requires an active subscription.

Pricing is the same across web and iOS. We’ll give reasonable notice before any price change takes effect for existing subscribers.

Third-party content

Articles you save remain the property of their original publishers. Paperboy only reformats content you’ve chosen to save for your own reading, and each digest chapter links back to the original source.

Send-to-Kindle

Digest delivery depends on Amazon’s Send-to-Kindle service, which is outside our control. Kindle® is a trademark of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates; Paperboy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.

Termination

You may stop using Paperboy and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that article extraction, AI previews, or Kindle delivery will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paperboy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll update the date at the top of this page when we do; continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
